What you’ll do
From day one at Stein Law associates are expected to speak up, receive feedback, and contribute to our client’s success. You will conduct due diligence reviews for clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions, identify legal and business risks, and provide strategic advice to clients. You will also assist in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

With a delightful, professional manner you’ll direct incoming calls to the right people, distribute mail and deliveries to the correct offices, and assist attorneys with the documentation process. You’ll contribute to and support our work by handling various tasks and meeting competing deadlines with poise and a solutions-oriented mindset.
