In the office, Bingjie focuses on the innovative business and tax solutions and Mergers and Acquisitions transactions we deliver to our clients. She joined us after her internship with the Emory Volunteer Clinic for Veterans and an externship with Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. She has been advocating for our clients ever since.

Out of the office, Bingjie indulges in law and business journals researching new law updates and business opportunities. She also enjoys learning about modern pop culture and making music.
